  • Dexcom is seeking an experienced Staff Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards department. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Compensation, the incumbent will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive compensation support to multiple business units. The Staff Compensation Analyst will collaborate closely with HR partners to design, implement, and administer compensation programs aligned with our business strategy.

  • You partner with leadership to provide expert guidance on compensation matters for organizational changes and initiatives within assigned client groups.
  • You design and develop innovative compensation programs tailored to company initiatives.
  • You evaluate, level, and determine market value for new and existing roles, while maintaining global job and salary structures.
  • You administer and communicate annual merit, bonus, and long-term compensation programs effectively.
  • You develop and refine policies and procedures related to compensation programs to enhance their effectiveness.
  • You prepare and maintain comprehensive compensation reports, analytics, and ensure data integrity within the HCM system.
  • You stay abreast of current compensation trends, regulatory requirements, and legislation, providing recommendations for program enhancements to the Compensation team.
  • You assume additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), either in progress or completed.
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar system.

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 4 years of related experience.
