What the role is:You develop, review and support Human Resource (HR) policies or frameworks related to service schemes and benefits, terms and conditions for overseas postings and missions and NSF-related issues.What you will be working on:You also manage feedback on manpower policies and provide advice and clarification whenever necessary. You undertake projects and studies commissioned by MINDEF/SAF and HR fraternity as well as conduct sharing sessions at various HR forums.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, excellent strategic thinking, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills. Having strong writing and presentation skills is preferred. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
