Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, industry trends, and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Account Growth and Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to key accounts.
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our company's products/services and how they align with clients' needs.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans that drive mutual success.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Communication and Reporting:
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales forecasts and KPIs.
  • Keep internal teams informed about client needs and expectations.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts.
  • Ensure that contractual obligations are met and manage contract renewals.
Customer Advocacy:
  • Act as a voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for changes and improvements that benefit clients.
  • Work to resolve client escalations promptly and effectively.
