- The HR Clerk is responsible for assisting with recruitment and administrative duties in the department.
- Providing administrative support to HROs.
- Organize, compile and/or update company personnel records and documentation.
- Screening of CVs and applications.
- Liaise with candidates to verify information on CV or application.
- Assisting with compiling longlists as part of the recruitment process.
- Facilitating interview logistical arrangements i.e confirm venue availability for interviews, scheduling with shortlisted candidates, etc.
- Advertise vacancies, schedule interviews, complete recruitment checks and ensure starter packs are submitted to payroll on time for payments.
- Liaise with payroll on outstanding on-boarding documents.
- Follow up on internal change (CIS) documents once it has been sent to site.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as required by the department.
- HR Certificate, Diploma and/or tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Strong administrative ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
