Leading business , stable team opportunity for progression!Are you an experienced HGV Technician that wants an opportunity to work for a fantastic business where you feel valved and part of a stable and long-standing team?On offer is £20.00 per hour + £100 per month shift allowance - every other month £50 per day standby allowance + £33 per hour call out charge + £600 bonus and profit related pay of up to £2000 per year! Your salary works out to be between £53,000 - £55,000 per year!Working Hours: Two-week shift patternWeek 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pmWeek 2: Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm to 10:00 pmJoin a leading team in North Birmingham site and be part of a brand with over a century of experience in providing top-tier services for renowned automotive manufacturers.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service and repairs on HGV vehicles to exceptional standards.
- Respond to breakdown call-outs on a rotational basis outside regular hours.
- Previous experience as an HGV Technician.
- Full driving licence (HGV licence beneficial but not essential).
- Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications preferred.
- DAF experience desirable but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
