- Support and manage certain aspects of the relationship with KPMG Learning Services (KLS).
- Maintain relationships with Compliance, Risk, People, Transformation and Culture teams.
- Participate in global working groups to ensure UK requirements are always adequately captured.
- Provide clear guidance via Taxonomy, process maps, job aids and upskilling sessions to equip learning teams with the knowledge they need to deliver effectively.
- Enable teams to develop meaningful management information for learning consumption and quality/risk purposes and to measure the effectiveness of learning and support the achievement of its goals.
- Ensuring we meet and can evidence all requests from FRC and ISQM1 test teams.
- Staying abreast of technology and industry trends.
- Data analytic and reporting experience (Power BI and/or Excel), providing insights where appropriate.
- Project Manager experience.
- Experience in Learning at a Manager level.
- Professional training / HR development / education qualifications in relevant subject area.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to address diverse organisational stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to role model collaboration, and consult confidently, effectively, and independently with senior levels of the organisation.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to use and interpret appropriate metrics.
