- Handle daily operational tasks and manage various responsibilities.
- Supervise retail staff, assign tasks, and ensure effective teamwork.
- Provide leadership and training for new staff.
- Have experience in retail operations, including liaising with suppliers and merchandising.
- Assist the department manager in developing new merchandise concepts and coordinating promotions and marketing efforts.
- Min Diploma
- Able to commit shift hours, 5 days work week including weekends and PH (Retail hours, 0930 - 1830 & 1240 - 2140, 2 shift 8 hours per day)
- Experienced in supervisory operations in the retail industry
