You will bank on your proven ability to coach and inspire your team to achieve their best performance and ensure Vinnies store in Lane Cove continue to be a popular place for people looking for good quality pre-loved treasures.Your Responsibility
Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
Use the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.
You Will Need
Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail OR
Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense
Strong focus on customer experience
Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets.
