Project Support OfficerWe are currently recruiting for a PPM (Planned, Preventative Maintenance) also known as a Project Support Officer; Accuracy of data and attention to detail is vital for this role. You will receive training and support to help understand the contracts. If you are keen to learn and want a challenging career then this is the position for you.About the roleMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHandling telephone enquiries.Scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software systemLiaising with suppliersLiaising with clientsData input and processingUphold Data Protection PoliciesGeneral office dutiesUndertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the businessHealth & Safety:Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all timesReport any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriatelyEnsure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followedObserve & follow all manual handling practicesAttributes/Skills:The successful candidate should:Be capable of working on own initiativeAbility to work methodically and with attention to detailGood communication and organisational skillsHave a good timekeeping and attendance recordHave the ability to work with a wide range of peopleBe a good team playerDemonstrate ability to follow written and verbal directionsDemonstrate a flexible attitude towards assigned tasksBe reliable & committedHave ability to work to deadlinesParticipate in overtime when required (including weekends)Have ability to take on new skillsHave a positive approach to continuous improvement processes and techniquesIn addition, the role may require the successful candidate to undertake work specific training on the job or externally.Hours can be negotiatedAbout the companyWe aim to establish lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust through exceptional performance by every member of our team.   • Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
  • Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Administration qualification or demonstrable 5 years' experience required
  • Excellent demonstrable customer service
  • Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI's are delivered
