How you'll make an impactResponsibilities
  • Helping to refine the contact strategy and ensuring it is adhered to within the New Business sales department, to maximize opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Reporting on trends and patterns to identify new and additional revenue growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for defining and implementing new initiatives to increase revenue growth.
  • Coaching and mentoring to upskill team members on how they can convert more opportunities into sales.
  • Conduct monthly one to one and team meetings.
  • Help define the KPI’s within both departments as well as tracking, measuring, and improving them.
  • Lead and inspire to create motivated and engaged colleagues.
About youSkills Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience is essential as well as previous leadership experience.
  • Experience of performance management of KPI’s is essential.
  • Experience working in Financial Services would be preferable however a proven track record within a Regulated environment will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills and the genuine ability to listen, coach, mentor, and support team members.
  • Naturally driven to exceed targets, with a dedicated attitude, combined with the highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus.
  • Good understanding of how to use data to make data driven decisions.
  • HR & employment legislation understanding.
  • Process improvement knowledge.

  • Annual salary starting from £30,000 - £35,000 with up to £2,500 OTE per year.
