- Expert knowledge of NBFC with good knowledge of RBI compliances.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of NBFC / RBI regulations.
- Ensuring NBFC Compliances including quarterly, annually, policies, board meetings, committee meetings etc.
- Coordination with RBI officials / inspections.
- Handling audits.
- Expert knowledge of SEBI Regulations (LODR, Insider Trading etc.) and Companies Act.
- Handling of Board and committee meetings.
- Ensuring compliances for issuance of Listing Non Convertible Debentures, Commercial Papers, FCCBs, ESOPs etc.
- Coordination with Stock Exchanges, NSDL, CDSL, RTA etc.
- Investor/shareholder management.
- Analysis of regulatory updates of RBI, SEBI, MCA and ensuring communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Implementation of statutory policies
