HAUS CareersExciting opportunity for an Associate to join a well known Architectural Practice, and work on Large Commercial projects, predominately using Revit.Associate for Large Revit Commercial Projects at Exciting Top Central London PracticeKey Responsibilities for this Associate RoleProject Control:
  • Lead all project stages, ensuring clarity and efficiency from inception to completion.
  • Establish robust project frameworks and oversee administration processes.
  • Implement strategies for effective project management and client communication.
  • Drive project profitability and commercial success in infrastructure and large commercial projects.
Design Excellence:
  • Champion innovative design solutions and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate architectural elements and facilitate internal design reviews.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, environmental, and health & safety considerations.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence in design.
Business Development:
  • Collaborate with directors to identify and pursue business development opportunities in infrastructure and large commercial projects.
  • Cultivate relationships and networks to expand the firm’s client base.
  • Prepare compelling bids and submissions for new projects.
Team Leadership:
  • Provide clear direction and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support professional development initiatives.
  • Liaise with HR to ensure training and mentoring needs are met.
Requirements for this Associate Role
  • Extensive experience in architectural practice, with a proven track record of project leadership.
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of construction and building legislation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software including Revit and management tools
