Job Description:We are looking to grow our talented team of Market Research Project Managers within the Audience Measurement team at Ipsos. Audience Measurement is an entrepreneurial division, looking for highly talented individuals who are interested in being a part of a dynamic and energised team. Our Graduate Project Executives are integral to the success of our business and our clients' businesses. We are looking for individuals who have a curiosity for problem solving, a passion for planning and organisation, and excellent communicators who are not afraid to challenge the status quo.Project Management sits at the forefront of what we do at Ipsos - spearheading new and better ways of working across the organisation. Our team of client facing, expert Project Managers work hand in hand with the research team to find the most efficient way to plan, develop and deliver projects on time, to the required specifications and within the allocated budget.You will work alongside a network of experienced Project Managers as part of a growing function and gain exposure to a broad mix of sectors and methodologies, with a dedicated mentor to guide you on your journey.Role overviewAs a Graduate Project Executive, you will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, thrown straight into working on live projects. You will gain exposure to a variety of clients and research approaches whilst working alongside experienced project managers.We have two main projects you will be working on:Route provides audience estimates for out of home (OOH) advertising in Great Britain. Out of home media consist of advertising frames ranging from large roadside billboards to small screens on escalators. They also include other out of home advertising frames or screens including train stations, in car parks, and panels inside shopping centres.JNOR is the independent, industry approved audience measurement tool for outdoor campaigns in the Irish market and is the benchmark for measuring how many people will see a campaign. Results can be generated for individual outdoor formats or for multi-format campaigns.As part of the Ipsos community, you will work closely with the research team, data team (data science and engineering) and Operations delivery teams on both projects.Some of your core responsibilities will include:
  • Working on a range of research projects.
  • See the end-to-end project life cycle, working through timelines and costings, supporting on methodology, feasibility, quality control, and liaising with our fieldwork specialists.
  • You will learn key project management skills, such as organisational, budgeting, timekeeping, negotiation, communication and more.
  • Help manage project plans and task scheduling for the teams across our data delivery/ production cycle as well as our development cycle
  • Support the team in internal and external meetings including minuting outcomes and actively following up on actions/progress
  • Effectively utilise project management tools for project tracking and communications (MS Teams, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps)
  • Look at how we can improve the way we work and bring efficiencies to long standing projects.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and represent Ipsos in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
