- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP in hospitality or related industry
- Provide HR advice and guidance to Managers, Supervisors, and staff within the specific cluster/s.
- Manage employee relations, including dealing with performance and conduct issues, and provide support for recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
- Manage the completion of appeals and grievances while providing feedback and recommendations to all relevant parties to improve future employee relations.
- Assist supervisors with complex employee issues such as performance, attendance, and employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with HRMS & Qatar Labour Law.
- Arab nationalities are preferred.
