- Oversee full facilities management including supplier/sub-contractor management.
- Coordinate insurance matters and ensure adequate coverage.
- Manage site security and vendor relationships.
- Supervise company car fleet, fuel card usage, and telecommunications.
- Implement sustainability policies and manage budgetary expenditure.
- Set and lead strategy for operational performance within the Purchasing department.
- Ensure ethical trading and sustainability targets are met.
- Supervise Purchasing Manager and team performance.
- Set strategy for operational performance within the QHSE department.
- Promote QHSE throughout the business and implement safety procedures.
- Oversee compliance with national and international standards.
- Manage audits and monitor supplier performance.
- Experience in ISO9001 management standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive facility management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards and GHG reporting.
- H&S or Quality Management qualification.
- Six Sigma qualification.
