In this role, you will work alongside the Executive Chef and skilled colleagues to prepare the highest quality food from recipes. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes under the direction of the Executive Chef and in collabration with the Senior Sous Chef.
Assisting with the preparation and execution of menus including a la carte, multi-course meals, and private service.
Following all established recipes, techniques, and sanitation guidelines to ensure consistent quality and safety standards.
Monitoring food inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order and reporting any maintenance issues to the Executive Chef.
Training and supervision of the reporting team members.
RequirementsWhat You Bring:
A passion for the culinary arts and delivering an excellent guest experience.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team; strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in Western Kitchen.
Previous experience working in a similar role.
As the primary language of communication with the Executive Chef, an intermediate level of English is essential.
Ability to organize the work and to manage the team.
Willingness to learn, and also to develop the team.
