- Responsible for developing strong relationships with potential partners (clubs, bars, pubs, arenas) to support the overall Marketing strategy for 2023/24. Signing new accounts aligned with the Activation objectives by watching the market closely and proactively searching for new opportunities
- Account management - building and maintaining the relationships while driving the company KPI's
- Performance management- Ensure optimal availability of products over long and short term. Monitoring Venues performance in order have the optimal Sell in and sell out or NC products.
- Work independently and effectively managing and prioritising your time
- Execute a territory coverage plan within a fixed geographic area of clubs/bars/hotels & events and festivals.
- Understand the brand strategies and consumer behaviour studies, to be up to date with the new trends in the HoReCa channel and in the target consumer segment
- Provide support and / or supplement the Events team in the implementation of BAT events & festivals and to monitor / evaluate the activations
- Achieve increase in number of HoReCa accounts and brand visibility of company products
- Ensure optimal availability of products over long and short term
- Work closely with the 3rd party agency to ensure an effective activation strategy & consumer journey
- Do you have experience with building and maintaining relationships with clients?
- Do you have experience working within the hospitality or FMCG sectors?
- A passion and love for consumer brand marketing
- An understanding of experiential marketing and brand experience across the industry including insights, measurement and best practice
- Previous HoReCa experience preferred (clubs, bars)
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Soft skill -use of the following packages: word, excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook
- Analytic skills- able to run excel and analysis to make sure to be on top of territory performance.
- You must hold a full driving licence and be mobile across the territory based on the business needs
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Good knowledge/awareness of the clubs/bars industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- An ability to build positive, long-term working relationships with external partners
- Good understanding of marketing and brand
- An ability to work with and use data to support decision-making and engagement activities
