Real Estate Bookkeeper (Yardi Voyager)

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations with precision, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
• Manage credit card transactions meticulously, reconciling statements and invoices promptly to maintain financial integrity.
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, accurately calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Manage property allocations, rent collections, and lease administration efficiently using Yardi Voyager software.
• Handle vendor invoices efficiently, ensuring timely payments and cultivating positive vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing inquiries, disputes, or payment delays promptly.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets as needed.

• Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Thorough understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations
