- Department stores stock count and sales report tally with system
- Maintain data filling and record accurately
- Cross check Transport billing statement
- Prepare and arrange shipping documents, follow up and update the shipment status
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of delivery and ensure timely delivery of goods
- At least 2 years of experience in administration
- Familiar with billing & shipment procedures
- Computer Literate – particularly with Microsoft Office
- Prefer detail-oriented & self-initiative person
