SAP L3 SAP Experince : 4+ yrs Provides ongoing remote Basis/HANA support with direct virtual client interaction daily. HANA experience is required for this role due to heavy support of HANA support activities along with exposure to Public and Private cloud solutions
SAP BASIS and HANA Lead for the overall status of the HANA environment and Basis Project Plans along with some expereince on cloud . Implimentation : 2 Life cycle End to end (including one in HANA) Develop post implementation support strategy.
Upgrade : Hands on upgrade of SAP and HANA DB Must have hands on experience with SAP HANA (Installations, troubleshooting, upgrades and migrations)
Migration : HANA Homogenous /Heterogenous System refersh Work with functional teams to develop a cut over strategy, plans, and execution
Key skill : SAP HANA, SAP BASIS ,Netweaver,SAP BW,New Dimensional Technology in ECC,EP,XI,SRM,CRM, Perform HANA Migration using DMO tool and Unicode conversion, HANA HA/DR setup with Suse Extention automatic failover.
Other Skill - HANA DBA, SQL server DBA, Suse Linux/Windows admin, Participate in project status meetings and project reviews
Certification : Basis ,Netweaver ,Solman,OS/DB Migration , Responsible for keeping track of and bringing closure to all activities initiated by the Infrastructure Team
Certification : HANATECH or HANASUP,OS/DB Migration , Accept responsibility for achieving the objectives and deliverables of the Infrastructure Team
Identify required resources and skills
Develop job descriptions for project staff required for the SAP Basis/HANA team
Report progress, status, problems, issues and changes
"SAP Basis/HANA w/ min 3 years' experience
SAP Basis administrator w/ min 7 years' experience"
Manage all basis activity performed by the infrastructure basis team members.
Worked on public (AWS, Azure, GCP) and private cloud solutions
Ability to demonstrate public cloud architecture
Worked on HA/DR solutions for both public and private cloud solutions
(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
