The role is open to both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, dependent on experience and the needs of the school.This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs searching for their first teaching role. So whether you are looking for a change, or just starting out your teaching career, this could be the perfect role for you!Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver creative and captivating lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and collaboration
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and accessible learning environment
  • Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
Requirements:
  • Teaching Certification (QTS /PGCE)
  • Solid knowledge of the primary curriculum
  • Previous experience working in a primary school is essential – this can include placements at university
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
