We don’t just sell welding equipment; we provide the best welding solutions!Main tasks (non-exhaustive list):Reports to Regional Sales Manager for Ontario.Responsible for yearly Business Plan and Sales & Service Revenues of automotive accounts within the specified regionResponsible for the sale of Fronius robotic and manual welding systems as well as Fronius Services to OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliersIdentify and maintain close relationships with key decision makers, C-level executives, middle management, and floor employees in all automotive accountsProspect new automotive OEM, tier1 and tier2 supplier accounts and uncover new projectsPrepare and present quotations, presentations, and ROI studies to automotive customersSupport Area Sales Managers with automotive projects, welding system configurations, presentations, meetings, contracts and closing sales.Coordinate Fronius Technical Support for welding trials and resolve customer issuesUtilize CRM to document all activities and sales opportunitiesEducate automotive accounts on existing and new Fronius technology benefitsIdentify trends in the automotive industry and communicating them to the Fronius TeamLiaise with Fronius International on market updates, projects, new businessRequirements:Completed higher technical / commercial educationMust have experience in selling capital equipment to OEM, tier 1 and tier 2 automotive suppliersAbility to manage Executive, Middle Management, Welders and Technical decision makersKey account Management experience in the automotive segmentStrong track record in closing and managing large projects with Tier 1/OEM automotiveMust have extensive robotic welding knowledge – particularly in the automotive sectorCommunicative personality with excellent presentation and negotiation skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and CRMWillingness to travel within defined sales territoryMust live in the designated sales territoryNo more than 2 jobs within the last 6 yearsWhat we offer:Competitive salary and bonus planRRSP matching plan for eligible employees3 weeks of vacation, andMoreSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In person, home and at customer sites.Would you like to be part of a dedicated team where your energy makes an impact?
