- Coordinate HR functions for an operating unit, including but not limited to, Personnel Change Request (PCR) initiator, Personnel Services Contracts (PSC) initiator, and timekeeping and leave of absence coordination.
- Assist operational staff with recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.
- Prepare and assist in budget-related statistical analysis, estimates, and financial reports.
- Assist in the development and input of financial transactions into university systems.
- Assist grant staff with the processing and financial transactions for federal, state, and private grants, contracts, and any other external funding sources.
- Implement policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Assist grant staff with working with the various offices of the university to fulfill expenditure/compliance requirements and to resolve complex issues with arise during the duration of sponsored awards.
- May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to student workers (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, etc.).

- Bachelor’s Degree must in a relevant field.
- Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
