The HR & Admin person will be required to use their expertise and skills to cultivate a positive work environment and drive the company towards its goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing and recruitment
  • Personnel record management
  • Setting performance goals and expectations
  • Conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions
  • Handling employee grievances and conflicts
  • Promoting a positive work environment
  • Coordinate leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts to build a pipeline of talent for key positions.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement processes to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency
  • Oversee administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and policies
  • Coordinate communication within the organization
  • Handle budget and expenses
  • Regulatory compliance – ensure that the company operates within the boundaries of the law and maintains ethical and responsible practices.
  • Operational compliance - establish and maintain procedures and processes necessary for the company to meet industry standards and internal policies
  • Data privacy compliance - ensure that the company adheres to laws, regulations, and standards that govern the protection of personal information.
  • Financial compliance - ensure adherence to accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
  • Regulatory compliance – ensure that the company operates within the boundaries of the law and maintains ethical and responsible practices.
  • Operational compliance - establish and maintain procedures and processes necessary for the company to meet industry standards and internal policies

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or its Equivalent
  • 5 Years of experience
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to manage time, attend to details and prioritize activities and tasks
