- Develop and implement processes to streamline administrative workflows and improve efficiency
- Oversee administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor relationships
- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies
- Coordinate communication within the organization
- Handle budget and expenses
- Regulatory compliance – ensure that the company operates within the boundaries of the law and maintains ethical and responsible practices.
- Operational compliance - establish and maintain procedures and processes necessary for the company to meet industry standards and internal policies
- Data privacy compliance - ensure that the company adheres to laws, regulations, and standards that govern the protection of personal information.
- Financial compliance - ensure adherence to accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Regulatory compliance – ensure that the company operates within the boundaries of the law and maintains ethical and responsible practices.

- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or its Equivalent
- 5 Years of experience
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts
- Ability to manage time, attend to details and prioritize activities and tasks
