Job descriptionThe role holder will mainly support for PINB Finance operation and control.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In this role, you will:· Assist in setting up appropriate operational controls based on risk assessments to ensure that both regulatory and Group requirements are fully met· Ensure a smooth, efficient reconciliation & substantiation work flow set-up in operation with concern of financial control as well as business needs· Review TOMs to ensure control designs are fit-for-purpose, robust and consistent across other work-streams and in-scope jurisdictions· Identify opportunities and drive implementation of control enhancements· Exposure to Financial Systems Support, Systems Development and Project Management· Coordinate Internal Audit projects within Finance, deliver specific requirement, detail work arrangement and timetable to relevant staff in time, recommend appropriate remedial actions and monitor execution status· Other ad-hoc risk and control tasks assigned by Head of FinanceRequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field· Minimum 5 years financial experience in financial industry, solid knowledge in Insurance and Fund Sales is deemed as a plus· CICPA or AMAC (基金从业资格) is preferred· Strong problem solving skill, strong experience and capability in finance controlling and operation· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders· Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities· Excellent team player, able to lead others into action, and with ability to work under minimal supervision· Effective verbal and written communication skills in English· Self-motivation.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
