- Play a critical role of operation management through integrating internal resources to drive Must Win stores’ sales growth.
- Ensure the Must Win stores’ faultless execution landing through process, project and tool design.
- Collaborate with other teams and meeting to drive must Win stores’ key offer merchandising execution.
- Initiate the regular meeting, communication, and workshop to strengthen contacting with consumer HQ.
- Drive Must Win stores’ faultlessly execution landing
- Obsessed with the knowledge of operation excellence, mainly focus on the procedure and related projects on the filed to make the store with higher standards and consistency.
- Responsible for consumer experience enhancement.
- Develop operational tools to streamline the process and execution.
- Drive Must Win stores’ key offer merchandising execution
- Track and monitor to push key franchise sell-through%.
- Track and monitor to push campaign sell-through%.
- Collaborate on strategy category elevation.
- Drive project successfully execution in Must Win stores
- Internal cross team collaboration and alignment with account sales ops and own retail excellence team
- Must Win pool maintain, extend and trigger further development
- Track and monitor the project execution status
- Non-financial project status tracking and feedback collection

- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 5 years retail operation management experience with recognized retail brands (fashion or FMCG)
- At least 2 years working experience with franchisees in retail or sales
- Experience in remote management
- Able to communicate with senior management in English
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
