The hospital is rated Good by the CQC and values having their strong nurse to patient ratio.The right candidateWe are seeking a compassionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality care to their patients. The ideal candidate needs to be a registered children's nurse that has had experience within PICU and completed the PICU course. Although, having experience as a senior nurse is desirable, it is not required as long as the individual shows leadership skills. The Senior Staff Nuse will take responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse as well as mentor junior staff members.
