Familiarity with standard office procedures, including cash handling and reception duties.Reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor, responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the wider team, providing efficient clerical and administrative support to management.
Execute standard secretarial and administrative tasks proficiently and professionally.
Provide relief for fellow clerical/administrative staff as needed.
Assist colleagues with their duties to ensure timely and accurate completion of essential tasks.
Handle telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including staff, customers, clients, and suppliers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash and cheque security.
