THE POSITIONTo produce effective brand strategies and tactics to ensure the achievement of sales targets within a given expenditure level and timescale. Discover and act on insights and champion a customer/patient centric approach to ensure BI is a valued partner for our customers, and ensure that the respective brand achieves the defined expectations and targets.TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead on the development and implementation of tactical marketing plan and product related communication, aligned with global as appropriate ensuring ROI analysis. This includes:
- Understand the market and competition
- Measure impact
- Activate opportunities based on insights
- Execute the brand strategy
- Develop and strengthen brand equity
- Design the customer journey
- Plan and control agreed promotional budget
- Provide rolling production forecasts ensuring supply of products liaising with Supply Chain team
- Monitor and interpret brand sales vs budget using internal and external data sources and lead implementation of corrective stepsREQUIREMENTS- Business acumen

- Significant marketing experience.
