Together, we go above and beyond to make an impact in the lives of our patients and customers.This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would describe themselves as a hungry salesperson, who enjoys the challenge, are hugely results driven as well as being highly resilient with the confidence to build relationships from scratch.Job Profile:The main purpose of the Advanced Technology Manager (ATM) is to provide high technical consultancy in assigned accounts across Ireland (Northern & Republic).Working with our premium advanced technology Intraocular Lenses, you will be provided with a full training program and continuous coaching and development. You will be joining a talented team, committed to outstanding results showing high levels of collaboration, innovation and customer focus.The ATM will play a key role in Leading sales growth acceleration and drive market share growth across our MultiFocal portfolio.   • Developing new business with customers in order to achieve sales target
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing relationships and manages business with existing key customers
  • Providing feedback on competitor activities in the field via line management
  • Organizing and coordinating local meetings on territory
  • Maintaining and upholding an excellent company image

  • Proven field sales experience within Ophthalmology
  • Results driven

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • University degree qualification or equivalent - preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence
