We estimate the work in this role to cover a minimum of 10 working hours per week on average, with a maximum of 19 working hours per week. This is an amazing opportunity for an active student to gain valuable working experience while also making a significant impact on the working environment!Key tasks/main responsibilities:
Administrative tasks, such as preparing PowerPoints and reports, handling data collection, proof-reading and intranet updates, and other related tasks
Planning business meetings and events
Acting as the first point of contact for various EHS requests
Administrating and maintaining data, processes, and documents
Monitoring changes in Danish EHS legislation and IFF corporate standards
Covering various ad-hoc tasks, such as systematization of archives, support to launch of EHS projects
We are looking for an energetic person who likes to organize, handle, optimize and carry out the daily tasks. You enjoy administrative work, and the planning of and follow-up on activities come naturally.Our corporate language is English, but we also communicate in Danish, so you need excellent Danish and English skills both spoken and in writing. Furthermore, you have good IT skills. Our daily tools are mainly Microsoft Office and SAP.You might be a university student with an international outlook. Your structured mindset ensures a high degree of efficiency and that you stay on the task until it is completed in high quality and with a keen eye for details.
