We are currently seeking experienced professionals.- Studying drawings and specifications to determine suitable material- Fitting fabricated metal parts into products and assembling metal parts- Checking fabricated and assembled metal parts for accuracy- Setting guides and stops on machining tools and setting up as required- Forming metal stock and castings to fit tolerances using machine tools to press- Diagnosing faults and performing operational maintenance of machines- May erect machines and equipment onsiteRequirementsCompleted a qualification in engineeringAt least two years experience as a CNC Turner MachinistAt least two years experience as a CNC SetterAt least two years experience a CNC ProgrammerAble to operate CNC lathes and CNC milling machinesProficient in manual machines is a plusExperience in producing "one off" type itemsExperience with Fanuc, Heidenhein, Mazak CNC controllersProficient in Solidcam, and SolidworksBenefits
