The new world is ours to discover together. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and skilled information technology administrator / system analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving our customer service technology platforms, such as cloud-based services, CRM systems, chatbots, and telephony systems. You will also analyze the business and technical requirements of our customers and stakeholders, and design efficient and effective IT solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot customer service technology platforms, such as CRM systems, chatbots, and telephony systems Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of customer service technology platforms Provide technical support and training to users on how to use customer service technology platforms Consult with users and managers to understand their requirements and expectations Develop and document functional specifications and system designs for customer service technology platforms Coordinate with IT team and developers to implement and test IT solutions for customer service technology platforms Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance customer service technology platforms Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field At least 3 years of experience as an information technology administrator, system analyst, or a similar role Proficient in cloud computing, CRM systems, chatbots, and telephony systems Basic understanding of BPMN, chatbot logic design and customer interaction workflow building Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Customer service oriented and attentive to details Why would it be cool to work with us Competitive compensation and medical insurance Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment where you have a real impact on the business An open-minded environment that welcomes fresh ideas and encourages innovation Our new office in Manila, Philippines Relocation support for eligible candidates Engaging corporate events and team-building activities Distributed team around the world Collaborating with a passionate international team spanning the globe
