- Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company and market merchandising framework.
- Preparing Option Plan at the beginning of every season for the channel as part of GTM milestone.
- Working closely with CTC team to ensure proper segmentation for the channel.
- Ensuring orders are prepared keeping EM/CTC guidelines and region/stores' needs in mind.
- Ensuring OTB budget is met and ISC, Campaigns, Hype drops, in-season buying, etc. are managed well.
- Meeting all GTM & EM milestones including Reviews.
- Monitoring inwards vs. plan with SCM team and sharing progress/action plan.
- Monitoring all imp. launches for the channel closely including inwards & performance tracking.
- Review product performance at BU, category & store level and provide insights to the team on findings & recommendations.
- Support new store launches and other initiatives trading calls, workstreams, Disc. Master, etc. • Support the improvement of all merchandising systems and tools.

- OMNI Marketing, SCM, VM & Finance.
- Excellent attention to detail and analysis skills
- Strong work ethic willing to put long hours of work when required
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Excellent command of English
- Understanding of retail management systems and back office
- Structured, process oriented at the same time approachable and strong interpersonal skills
- SAP Retail, ALS knowledge is a strong advantage
- University degree in Fashion / Marketing / Business
- 8-10 years merchandising or product planning experience
