You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. Your new role, what's involved?

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, utilizing project management software and techniques.
Identify and analyze potential risks, dependencies, and constraints, and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project objectives and timelines.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on planning and scheduling best practices.
Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
Implement and maintain effective change management processes to ensure seamless project adaptations.
Continuously review and update project plans to reflect changes in scope, resources, or external factors.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative planning strategies.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer or Project Planner in the infrastructure industry.
Proficient in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling and resource management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
