- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD and equivalent.
- Project Management and supervision skills.
- Applicants must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, responsibility, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Bachelor's degree in civil & structural engineering
- Working hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
- Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, drawings, and others)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Follow up with authorities for plan approval.
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
