- Plan oversee and direct construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate the construction administration phase and provide assistance to issues that may arise in the field, support with sketches, information, etc.
- Prepare internal and external reports about site status.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and work with the construction manager where required to obtain permits and licenses.
- Review the work progress on a daily basis.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues.
