- Establish, update, and maintain construction methods and sequences.
- Prepare constructability documents and implement construction and HSSE-friendly designs.
- Contribute to establishing schedules.
- Follow up and verify that methods are reflected in project schedules.
- Participate in design reviews with a focus on constructability.
- Organize and lead meetings as required.
- Ensure project personnel are involved in developing construction methods.
- Provide input to lessons learned reports and workshops, and contribute to improving routines and procedures.
- Communicate and collaborate with all areas within the Method discipline, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction Engineering, and Construction.
- Receive training in relevant software if needed.
- Technical degree or Bachelor's degree. Relevant work experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
- Fluency in both written and oral Norwegian and English.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in EPC processes within Topside and facilities/Renewables Segments.
- Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office 365, Autodesk, NavisWorks, Aveva E3D, Cranimax, and MIPS.
- Good knowledge of work processes within the Method discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
