Rakuten Viber is looking for a Global Partnerships Lead to contribute to the strategic development and tactical execution of Viber’s growth. We’re looking for an individual with strong people management skills and a high level of understanding of working on a cross-regional team.Versatility is key, the ideal candidate has proven skills in building relationships with large brands as well as tech innovation start-ups, strong sense of PR and marketing needs, and analytical aptitude in tracking performance in the market. Your ultimate goal is to increase Viber’s user base, and user engagement.The Partnerships Lead will be leading a team of business development and project management members to ensure optimal pipeline, speed and quality of execution. The team will work cross functionally with international BD, Sales and Marketing teams.Responsibilities:
  • Lead a highly motivated team of business development and project management members. Guide them as a mentor in the industry, and help them with challenges/celebrate successes with them
  • Strategize and oversee partnerships, digital marketing, and PR. Build a partnerships pipeline and manage long-term relationships with main stakeholders
  • Craft the digital marketing strategy, with end goal of increasing marketing KPIs (new users, increase in MAU/DAU)Keep up to date with market trends and initiatives to ensure what content within our app, and marketing campaigns are relevant and competitive

Experience:
5+Skills:
  • Self-driven and ambitions, willing to challenge the limits
  • Team leader with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Well organized with high project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 8+ years of partnerships/marketing experience in international digital consumer tech
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong analytical skills/ results-driven
  • Able to execute 360 degree communication campaigns
  • Knowledge of performance marketing tools/metrics
  • Good understanding of the AI ecosystem is a plus
  • University degree (Master) in the field of Economics, Marketing, Business, or related field
