- Work closely with local marketing and business development teams to identify target markets, considering environmental and legislative requirements
- Build relationships with decision makers and influencers, and introduce the business as a market leader
- Identify new business prospects, and embed the business' sustainability philosophy
- Qualify and convert network leads via the CRM, facilitate engagement with stakeholders, collaborate on product solutions, and leverage network relationships for purchase commitments
- Show precise understanding of CRM pipeline conversion timing and probability, ensuring pipeline meets sales targets and improves conversion ratio
- Utilise your network to enhance market knowledge and analyse pipeline conversion obstacles, maintaining prospect feedback for relationship improvement
- Senior business development management experience
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Be able to analyse target markets
- An understanding of environmental and legislative requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to bring in new business and nurture relationships
