1. Harmonization Initiatives: To work closely with Frontend and Backend Finance Ops Team to develop and implement strategies on how we can integrate two different costing methodologies and to make sure we use the accurate dataset for Product’s Full Factory Costs.2. Cost Reduction: Help identify areas for cost reduction. Launch initiatives by partnering with site finance analysts in analyzing cost drivers, evaluate cost-saving initiatives, and recommend actions to optimize cost efficiency.
3. Business Acumen Training: Work together with GO&T Finance Team to build or enhance finance training materials (new hire and incumbent hires) and non-finance employees to help strengthen their financial acumen.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment of goals, share insights, and drive cohesive decision-making in manufacturing consolidation efforts.
5. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the current costing methodologies by identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices.6. Be able to present to Business Unit partners and Management the Gross Margin Impact every cost refresh.Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in financial analysis, preferably in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint).
- Knowledge on Power BI, Power Query is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
