  • Supporting directors and team members in coordinating and managing projects, including organising meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating weekly shopping for office necessities, and ensuring the office environment is organised
  • Providing administrative support to the team members, which may include managing diaries, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and handling correspondence
  • Acting as a point of contact between the team and external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and partners
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office and projects
