The incumbent plays an important role in managing a team and his designated region for all products and all metrics for these products. Responsible for sales and distribution management of multiple online products sales like personal loans, business loans, professional loans, and personal loans cross sell. Generate business avenues from leads generated and achieve self-sourcing targets Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing strategic plans to steer profitability and productivity of the zone. Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in loan sales, demonstrating leadership skills in managing sales teams. Strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication, and analytical abilities. Knowledge of fintech trends is advantageous.
