Infobip is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Startup Intern.What will you be doing at Infobip?

Proactively working on hand-raisers and inquiries from all Startup Self-Service customers to ensure their high-quality experience, resulting in their satisfaction and further growth.
Building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities for the Startup Ecosystem team.
Educating the startup client base on the nuances of the product to unlock value.
Finding ways to increase user adoption/activation.
Actively suggesting how to improve UX on Self Service.
Retaining current startup clients and analysing their consumption.
Having an excellent overview of business, competition, and the latest industry trends.
Engaging and collaborating with different teams to optimize Selfservice workflow.
Creating flows and resolving frictions in Selfservice by working closely with the Product team.

More about you:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field and you can work full time.
Or you have just finished college and looking for a first job in your degree profession.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
A proficient user of Excel and highly fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in any additional language is considered advantageous, especially in French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Interest in working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical startup clients
Proactively engages startup clients with a consultative, solution-orientated approach in discovering new opportunities.
You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You are available to start work on July 8th, 2024.
You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
