  • Work with the project manager to review the project plan and ensure the required Cyber Security services are included and planned accordingly with appropriate milestones.
  • Coordinate delivery of Cyber Security services and keep the customer up-to-date with progress.
  • Actively monitor progress, hold regular checkpoint meetings: the Engagement Consultant will be the primary point of contact for the project manager. The intention is to keep delivery on track.
  • Maintain and update Comet database to reflect progress, go-live dates or other relevant project updates.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison for the customer: respond to queries, communicate risk and provide advice and guidance to ensure compliance with FIMs and Secondary Standards.
  • Address any escalations, or if significant issues are identified that alter the scope or remit of the engagement.
  • Provide Cyber Security Completion. Available to answer questions and/or facilitate any required understanding or discussion regarding the IT Security output.
  • Provide support to the Cyber Security Engagement Support team as needed i.e. working the email account and Comet Self Service subject to demand and resource requirements.
RequirementsKnowledge & Experience / QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position will have:
  • Strong experience within IT in particular proven Cyber Security experience
  • Strong grasp of tooling, driving automation within the environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated and adaptive to change
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle, DevOps and agile
  • Translates the required course of action into a clear and realistic vision.
  • Monitor complex dependencies and respond accordingly to ensure on-going delivery in line with customers goals.
  • Relevant product knowledge including a demonstrable interest in Cyber Security
  • Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Cyber Security or HOST, IT Audit
