- Providing information about brand offerings and product features.
- Ensuring sales and projects are delivered smoothly for your customers.
- Following up with email and phone calls with customers as required.
- Regular training and development with our in-house training team.
- Passionate about delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
- Experience working in retail or sales would be beneficial (it doesn’t have to be in appliances - we’re looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service).
- Flexible availability (including weekends as required).
- Clear communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Eager to learn and develop: We're looking for people passionate to learn and grow.
- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday - Sunday (rotating roster)
- St Leonards station is a 10-15 minute walk
