For more information, click here.What you will doThe Lead Cyber Vulnerability Management is responsible for analyzing and identifying vulnerabilities in the organization's systems and networks. You will help develop and implement strategies to mitigate these vulnerabilities and ensure the security of sensitive data:Key Responsibilities· Work as part of the Cyber Vulnerability Management team to ensure the identification, assessment, and mitigation of vulnerabilities across the organization.· Stay current with the emerging cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and trends to ensure the organization's vulnerability management program is effective.· You will use data to drive accountability for risk and to identify opportunities to continually reduce our attack surface.· Develop and implement vulnerability management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities and develop remediation plans.· Provide technical guidance and support to the team and other stakeholders on vulnerability management issues.· Deliver vulnerability management training and awareness programs to educate employees on best practices and procedures.· This role requires experience in threat intelligence, vulnerability identification and management, Zero Day intervention management, attack surface monitoring and reduction.· Develop and implement vulnerability management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities and develop remediation plans.· Provide technical guidance and support to the team and other stakeholders on vulnerability management issues.· Deliver vulnerability management training and awareness programs to educate employees on best practices and procedures.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities.· Provide guidance and support to other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in vulnerability management.Kenvue is currently recruiting for:Lead Cyber Vulnerability ManagementThis position reports to Sr Manager Cyber Vulnerability Management and is based at Brazil.Who we areAt Kenvue, we realize the extraordinary power of everyday care.
