- Ability to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese will be required to serve respective market and liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders. Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
- Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Positive attitude and a team player with passion in delivering World Class customer service.
- Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
- Open to Malaysians only
