- Communicates frequently with Candidates, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners, Compensation Managers, and Finance Business Partners throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle to provide status updates via phone, email and SMS.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on recruiting processes and tools for Hiring Manager and Candidate questions.
- Manages the candidate workflow within Workday (Applicant Tracking System) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Schedules high-volume interview activities, such as: phone, video, and on-site interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams, with speed and efficiency across complex calendars and multiple time zones.
- Communicates interview details to candidate, making certain they have the necessary information.
- Coordinates travel arrangements and process travel expense reimbursement for potential out of area candidates as necessary
- Prepares offer letters and employment agreements where applicable by region and provides candidates with new hire documentation.
- Orders, and tracks the progress of, background checks, and other pre-employment screening via the selected vendor.
- Orders and assists in scheduling of Candidate Selection Assessments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Previous Human Resource administration experience preferred.
- Proven efficiency in a high volume, repetitive work environment. Ability to execute and follow standard work outlined for the position.
- Must be organized and be able to prioritize and complete projects with minimal supervision. Should possess a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent demonstrated written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
- Prior experience working with HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Software preferred.
