- Provide, with assistance from sub-team members, ongoing support and maintenance of IT facilities (both hardware and software) related to the provision of user services;
- Provide effective resolutions to issues and problems relevant to the provision of user services;
- Review existing services and recommend new/enhanced services to meet evolving user demands;
- Provide system support on Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, browsing and mobile application;
- Work with vendor to perform IT support activities; and
- Perform ad hoc assignments and responsibilities requested by supervisor.
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline;
- Minimum 6 years or above of relevant work experience;
- Technically strong in supporting Windows/Mac OS/Linux, video-conferencing, PC hardware and network cabling;
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a technology-driven and analytical mindset;
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work under pressure; and
- Independent, self-motivated, quick learner, good team player, a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
